To receive the Best Price Guarantee, you can either visit our store or contact us online with a copy of the advertisement or website link showing the cheaper price (“Proof of Price”). We will verify the details provided and if the Proof of Price is correct and the Terms and Conditions below are met, you will receive a Best Price Offer on that item.

LT Tools Offer
- Show us proof of the lower price (advertisement, website link, or catalogue) before you buy, in store or online.
- The product must be identical and brand new (i.e. same brand, model and specifications).
- The product must be in stock at both LT Tools and the competitor.
- The competitor must be an authorised Australian dealer with a physical retail store.
- The lower price must be available to the general public.
- Best Price offer must be approved before purchase.
- Limit of one best price offer per customer per day.
What We Price Beat
- Advertised prices from Australian retail stores for identical, in-stock items.
- Promotional prices (e.g. catalogue specials or % off sales).
- The full price, including taxes and delivery where applicable*.
Best Price Offer Fairness
A fair deal for LT Tools and you. We don't price beat;
- Clearance, liquidation, auction, refurbished, ex-demonstration or damaged stock.
- Prices from online-only sellers or marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay).
- Prices that rely on membership, loyalty, trade status, bulk purchasing, special negotiation, coupons, rewards points or other conditional incentives
- Genuine mistakes in competitor advertising.
- Prices below our cost price.
- Prices advertised in a different Australian state or territory.
*Where the competitor store is more than 30km away, delivery costs are included. For in-store purchases, distance is measured between the LT Tools store and the competitor store. For online purchases, distance is measured between the delivery address and the competitor store.
